Analysis of traffic safety in civil aviation of the Czech Republic in the years 2003-2010

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of causes of events in civil aviation operation in the Czech Republic during the period 2003 - 2010. Based on the analysis of final reports about flight incidents, there were described causes of these events. In conclusion the obtained results are compared with historical development of civil aviation incidents in the Czech Republic
Human Factor in Aviation

Diploma work includes summary of aeroplanes accidents, incurred by human factor malfunction in general aviation and in ultralight aeroplanes category on Czech Republic territory since year 2000. It analyses accidents enclosures with a view to discover similarities near particular accidents. From ascertained lockworks ared proposal created for possibly steps, how prevent rise of these accidents. Part of this work are also attachments (formularies, etc.).
Draft safety studies as a tool to improve the safety of civil aviation in the Czech Republic

The focus of this diploma thesis is to create a safety study which can be used as a tool to improve the safety of civil aviation. In the theoretical part of this thesis consideration is given to important organizations that are involved in creating legislation for civil aviation. Further, organizations which investigate aviation events were carefully examined and subsequently compared (ÚZPLN and BEA). The second part of this thesis consists of an analysis of events from 2014 using the ECCAIRS database from which were obtained suitable topics for the draft safety study. Finally a draft outline safety study was created and applied to study a specific event associated with aircraft L13 SE/SW Vivat.

Evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of aircraft automatic systems

This bachelor’s thesis deals with civil airplane automatic systems. The first part analyses historical development of flight control systems and automatic system together with philosophy, which is implemented in modern airliners. In the next part, we evaluate advantages and disadvantages together with list and description of modern avionic systems, which participate on automatic flight. In the last part, selected airplane incidents and accidents are analysed, focusing on influence of automation with incidental human factor.
Evalution of Fire Rescue Service Responses in Traffic Accidents in the South Moravia Region

The dissertation deals with the road accident interventions carried out by Fire fighting units and emphasizes average adjustments as well as the problems of forensic engineering. Within the Southern Moravia region, it analyses the statistical data of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic with relation to the road accident interventions, and it analyses the position of the individual units of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Southern Moravia in the above system. The dissertation discusses relation between the forensic engineering and the Fire Rescue Brigade of Czech Republic and stresses the possibilities of cooperation.
National Policy Proposition of Air Accidents and Incidents Reporting System

The thesis objective is to analyze existing situation concerning reporting of the aviation accidents or incidents in national level and according the outputs from the analyses to develop recommendations, how database system ECCAIRS can by used for reporting on the national base. The focus of the thesis is investigation and evaluation of the existing national situation / from theoretical point of view and practical point of view/ and develop recommendation. As source of the investigation ware used existing legislation documents and foreign experience. For collection of the foreign experience was designed special type of questioner. The questioners ware distributed to the pre-selected number of authorities represented pre-selected states. During all process of analysis and investigation situation was discussed with local Czech authorities too. International law / ICAO Annex 13 of the Chicago Convention and EU Directive 94/56 / ware considers as one of the basic sources for the information.

The search and rescue operations create one part of commitments resulting from the membership of the Czech republic in the ICAO International Civil Aviation Organization. This thesis is regarded as a study guide for future professional pilots obliged to get through their examination of ÚCL (Úřad civilního letectví).
Effect of the human factor on small aircraft accident

Jiří Chlebek, Ph.D. The Master’s thesis focuses on the safety of civil aviation, which is in 80% of the accidents caused by Human Factor, Human Error or just Pilot Error. The main goal of this Master’s thesis is evaluation and assessment of the causes of aircraft accidents of general civil aviations operations of the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the Master’s thesis were analyzed accidents of aircrafts in the category with maximum take of mass to 2250 kg and ultra light aircrafts incurred in the Czech Republic from 2006 to 2012. In the conclusion were analyzed main causes of the aircraft accidents and were proposed further measures to reduced accidents caused by Human Factor.
The human factor in piloting small aircraft

The focus of this diploma thesis is on human as increasing factor in source of aviation events and effect of digital avionic systems on safety. Theoretical part discusses human factor and in detail describes human factor analysis HFACS and HRA. Further are discussed pros and cons of rise of digital instruments. Second part of thesis is focused on analysis of aviation events in Czech republic in category general aviation of maximum takeoff weight 2250kg in years 2004-2014 and analysis of accidents comparing aeroplanes with analog and digital instruments. Thesis also includes short analysis of video record using both types of instruments with focus on distribution of attention.
